To apply, participants must submit a video recording featuring a free-choice program consisting of one or two pieces selected by the participant. The recording must be made without editing or sound processing.

Performers may participate in the competition in the following areas:

The competition is held in the following age categories:
I Category – 5 to 7 years old
II Category – 8 to 10 years old
III Category – 11 to 14 years old
IV Category – 15 to 19 years old
V Category – 20 to 25 years old
VI Category – 26 years and older (no age limit)

Program Requirements for Solo and Ensemble Singing:
Categories I, II, III – free-choice program, up to 5 minutes.

Categories IV, V, VI – free-choice program, up to 10 minutes.

Program Requirements for Choral and Orchestral Conducting:

Categories I and II – free-choice program, up to 7 minutes.

Categories III, IV, and V – free-choice program, up to 15 minutes.

One or two pieces of the participant’s choice.

  Complete the online application form on the competition website via the provided link.
Applications are accepted until May 20, 2025, inclusive.
  Upload a video of your performance to any publicly accessible cloud storage (Google Drive / Yandex Disk) and attach the link in the application form.
The video must have been recorded no earlier than six months prior to the date of application submission.
  Pay the entry fee using the payment details provided by the organizers.

The prize fund of the "DE Music Award" competition amounts to 1,000 USD.
The winner of the competition is determined based on the average score awarded by the jury members during the competition. The prize fund is distributed across all categories and awarded to the Grand Prix winners.

Kseniya Nesterenko – Laureate of international competitions, winner of the IV Television Competition of Opera Singers "Bolshaya Opera" on the "Russia – Kultura" TV channel and recipient of the Grand Prix.
Soloist of the Moscow "Novaya Opera" Theatre.
Kseniya actively performs with renowned ensembles such as:

• The State Chamber Orchestra "Virtuosi of Moscow",
• The National Philharmonic Orchestra of Russia,
• The State Symphony Orchestra "New Russia",
• The Northern Sinfonietta Chamber Orchestra of the Saint Petersburg State Music Hall Theatre, among others.

She has collaborated with conductors such as Vladimir Spivakov, Dmitry Vlasenko, Felix Aranovsky, Fabio Mastrangelo, and others. Kseniya also completed an internship at the Opera Monte Carlo theatre in Monaco.
An independent jury is engaged to assess the talents of the participants.
Distinguished musicians from various countries — professors from leading music institutions in Russia, Kazakhstan, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Belarus, Serbia, and Turkey — are invited to serve on the jury.
The decision of the Jury is final and not subject to appeal.
